Collserola Hiking Tour in Barcelona

Who?

For all those with an adventurous spirit looking for an adventure while being in Barcelona, join us on our hiking tour around La Serra de Collserola!

What?

Collserola is a protected park where a wide variety of Mediterranean flora and fauna brings us into contact with nature just 15 minutes away from the bustling city. This is Barcelona’s great green “lung”.

Collserola is the largest metropolitan park in the world, 8 times larger than the Bois de Boulogne in Paris, and 22 times larger than Central Park in New York.

Where?

The Parc de Collserola spans 8,000 hectares of protected land covering the range of small mountains (Serra de Collserola) between the Besòs and Llobregat rivers. The park is home to a wide variety of species including wild boars. At the crest, the Carretera de les Aigües offers uplifting views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea on one side and the Vallès plain on the other.

When?

At The Barcelonian we believe in sustainable tourism and authenticity, we accomplish this with small groups, our Serra de Collserola Hiking Tour is never larger than 20 people per group and we only provide this unique tour twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30.

Why?

If you want to experience Barcelona in a different and adventurous way, get out of the tourist route. See Barcelona from a unique angle and admire the best panoramic views of the city! Go home with a story to tell, how you experience the city like a true Barcelonian.
