Le district de l’Eixample comprend d’importants boulevards et avenues, tels le Passeig de Gràcia, la Rambla de Catalunya et le Passeig de Sant Joan; tout comme il abrite en son cœur les constructions les plus emblématiques de Barcelone, telles la Sagrada Familia et la route du Modernisme avec le Quadrat d’Or.
